AjaxLab Command Prompt

There are couple issues.

• The library assume your page is on the same level as the /scriptlibrary folder. Need to fix that so you can include the command prompt in any page at any level.
• when plugin authors try to print results onto a screen, I need to add formatting, so things line up.
• Safari is not supported because Atlas doesn't :( I'm considering other alternatives. I just need a library that supports namespace, abstract class, interface.
• Some other very minor issues.
